The descriptions of components and services in Windows 2000 were vague, there were multiple grammatical and spelling errors in the text, and (based on all the sample test material I have seen so far) this book really does not prepare you well for the 70-221 -- rather, it would seem to be better|About the Author|Geoffrey Alexander, MCSE+I, is a Lead Systems Engineer at PageNet, Inc.
